Magna Gallery

Magna Gallery commenced its activities in 2000. It presents some of the key personalities of the Czech and Slovak art scene that have not exhibited in Ostrava and its surroundings yet or for quite some time. In the last years it also gives space to promising talents of the young artistic generation. Yearly it realizes seven or eight exhibitions and it publishes a catalogue for each of them. The exhibition programme is realised thanks to the financial support of the Statutory City Ostrava and the city district of Moravian Ostrava and Přívoz.
